Part 3: Create a Career Map: Mapping the Route
Define the causes of the shortfall – Once you have an appropriate “shortfall,” begin to identify the causes of it. In this section you will ask “why” five times. Your first (critical) question should be, “Why do I need to meet this objective?” Take your answer and re-phrase it as a second “why” question, “Why is important?
