Prior to entering into the creation of gaming consoles, the company had significant success manufacturing cards. A significant part of the organization’s success throughout the years may be ascribed to the 2017 introduction of the Nintendo Switch. Enhancing visuals: One strategy Nintendo could explore is improving its visuals (Roden, 2019). Despite the Nintendo Switch’s efficacy, many of its consumers feel it has been weak for an extended length of time. By upgrading the graphics hardware, the Nintendo Switch will be able to show games in 4K.

When the Nintendo Switch launched, it lacked the power of several of its rivals. The fact that the business was developing its flagship titles exclusively for the platform enabled it to overcome competition from other platforms. “With developers taking notice of the Xbox One and PlayStation 5 increased power and strength, it is critical for Nintendo to upgrade its hardware, since this will improve the gaming experience for consumers (Wada, 2019).”

Concentrating on Third-Party Titles: Nintendo should also strive to strengthen its relationships with third-party developers.
