Assessor comments :
No revisions appear to have been made? We still cannot see your appendix and therefore the stages, dates and specific methods you will use to measure your project. Please follow the feedback highlighted in yellow below. This is relevant but we cannot see your appendix and therefore cannot fully assess this task. We do need to see actual dates and evaluation methods for each stage of the project, as outlined in task 4. Please add the appendix and ensure your response covers the task requirements.
Previous work:(please rewrite the below answer following the comments above)
Monitorization of the organization’s development will use a report prepared about the construction process. This report will be updated by the contractor upon the end of each phase. The monitoring will enable the team to minimize risks that the group had not identified in the initial stage of the process. The project will be evaluated by use of the shared key indicators used in construction. They include construction time allocated for each task, project management from initiation to completion, risk assessment and management, and the Sharaan Resort quality assurance Appendix 1 below is a table indicating the table format plan with the dates assigned for each task. Surveys and monitoring and evaluation plan will be the tools used for tracking the construction process. The monitoring and evaluation plan will be used to evaluate the conception, design, pre-construction and procurement phases to see if project is satisfying the key objectives while surveys will be used to track the risks and progress of the construction phase.

Peer critique group A
Peer Critique of Case Analysis #2 Overview
•In this assignment, you will write a 3-4 paragraph critique about a fellow group’s case analysis (that has been chosen and assigned by the instructor). That will be posted in the case Discussion forums, as well as submitted for grading to the assessment page of the course. The critique should be concise and compelling and should propel a broader discussion among the rest of the class. Your book will serve as a resource, but research is required to support recommendations.

Chase strategy / organization waste
modify answer HRM12SRW (5ODTC) Business Assignment Help Part 1.
Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, read sections 13.1–13.3 in Chapter 13 of the required textbook, Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Chase strategy refers to the concept that you are chasing the demand set by the market. Production is set to match demand and does not carry any leftover products. This is a lean production strategy, saving on costs until the demand (the order) is placed. Inventory costs are low, and the cost of goods for products sold is kept to a minimum and for a shorter length of time.
The chase strategy is used in the industries that must contend with perishables or with a company that does not have a lot of extra cash on hand to handle the added risks of unsold products. The production schedule is based on orders and immediate demand.
By varying production or services to meet demand, the lean approach of inventory management has lower inventory levels and reduced labor cost.
For example, an airline call center has varying demand—higher calls during summer months and major holidays. Inaccurate forecasts can cause havoc concerning staff capacity and scheduling decisions. In some situations, equipment capacity may not be adequate during periods of peak demand.
For this discussion, decide to be for or against adopting a chase strategy for a major airline call center. Provide a research-based rational for your decision.
Your initial response should be a minimum of 200 words.
Part 2.
Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, read sections 17.0–17.3 in Chapter 17 of the required textbook, Operations and Supply Chain Management. In addition, read The Amazon Effect and the Global Supply Chain (Links to an external site.) , and watch A Greener Workplace: Planning and Managing for Sustainability.
In a fast food restaurant, for example, we often see overproduction (food sitting under hot lamps with no immediate sale), customers waiting, incorrect orders, undercooked or overcooked food that must be discarded, employees running around the kitchen not having clearly defined jobs, and so on.
Identify an organization that is familiar to you, and provide examples of different types of waste. Additionally, identify some potential lean tools and approaches to address the waste.
Your initial response should be a minimum of 200 words.
