Between 2007 and 2009, the United States experienced a severe financial crisis

Between 2007 and 2009, the United States experienced a severe financial crisis and economic downturn commonly known as the Great Recession. Starting in 2006, housing values fell 30%, causing losses in mortgage-backed securities for families and financial institutions. The recession was marked by a drop in aggregate demand that caused a decline in GDP and an increase in unemployment.

In your initial post, draw or find an example of an aggregate demand and aggregate supply (AD/AS) model that illustrates the general trends of the U.S. economy during the Great Recession. (The example may be from your own research or from the textbook.) In addition to your image, provide a response to the following:

How did the AD/AS equilibrium change over time? Support your claims by referring to your AD/AS model.

Select an economic factor (GDP, unemployment, price level) and explain what impact any shifts in AD or AS (or both) had on your chosen factor.[supanova_question]

Writing Assignment Help Overview

You are excited to see the possibilities after finishing the Business Model Canvas Template. The next step is the development of the BMC slide deck for review by the experienced former project manager mentioned in the Module Four assignment.

Scenario

In the BMC slide deck, you will make educated assumptions (based on research in Marketline, Yahoo Finance, or the company’s website) about your selected company’s resources, partnerships, cost structures (what needs to be paid for), how the product or service will be marketed, value delivery (product sold online, in-store, or both), and the unique value proposition for a specific targeted market segment.

All 9 segments of your redeveloped BMC must encompass elements to achieve new product/service feasibility.

Beyond profitability, other key elements that the experienced project manager stressed were diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR). In the marketplace, companies that have diverse project teams get varied perspectives that help the overall project. Just as important, companies that “give back” to the communities they serve do better and are supported by millennial buyers—a big target segment for many companies.

Financials, DEI, and CSR must be addressed in the funding pitch, which you will complete as your course project, due in Module Seven.

Prompt

You will create a slide deck that will help you expand on your BMC chart in detail as you refine how your selected company will create value for itself while delivering a new product or service for customers. How does the management of virtual teams differ from face-to-face teams? Do

How does the management of virtual teams differ from face-to-face teams? Do all parts of the team leadership model apply as well to virtual teams?

The management of virtual teams differ from face-to-face teams in the following ways –
1) When it comes to standard or face-to-face teams, employees are largely selected primarily based totally on their useful abilities; in virtual groups, they’re largely decided based on core abilities that might be like those abilities. While all of us recognize that the purpose of hiring is to get the right people on board, the scenario that many lawyers, accountants, and experts find themselves in now could be that they’re seeking to get a well-oiled conventional group to emerge as simply as efficient as a virtual crew. Not every person has honed their management abilities managing from their workplace audit groups out on site. As you may imagine, this is hard enough without having to hold meeting deadlines and seeking to adapt their management style on equal time too!
2While authority and hierarchies can also additionally guide traditional groups and bring about elevated performance, remote working wishes a flatter employer structure. This is a key difference between a virtual crew vs face to face crew.
To survive this huge adjustment duration in which running an on-website simply isn’t an option, experts will want to modify their systems to at least one this is greater supportive of remote work. All group members (regardless of the hierarchy) will want to drag collectively to create a virtual subculture that encourages creativity and collaboration, and one which gives you results. This will contain a whole lot better stages of verbal exchange and guide to conquer the demanding situations which might be arising from social distancing.
3) Due to communication issues, virtual groups can be afflicted by delays in solving trouble or achieving a consensus. This may be because of distance or time region differences. You can’t simply pull the complete team right into a meeting like you may in a traditional setting; as a result, brief choices and problem-solving are tougher to achieve. With the usage of the proper apps and software programs, you want to streamline your channels to minimize those issues. Make certain you have the proper exercise control software program in the region to offer and get hold of common reputation updates. You’ll all additionally want a shared database that everybody can get entry to and spot all the important information. Don’t neglect to agree on deadlines and schedule regular team meetings.
Leadership model apply as differently to virtual teams as digital communication plays a major role in its leadership. Remote business managers with a participative management style invite their employees to offer input about commercial enterprise decisions. The participative management style, additionally referred to as the democratic style, receives others to take part in goal setting, decision-making, planning, and different business activities.
Participative digital leaders enjoy getting concerned in group activities. They lead through example and inspire innovative solutions. They earn the belief in their teams, set up morale, and decrease immoderate and dangerous competition. Participative leaders are recognized for his or her dedication to teamwork, enthusiastic personality, and power to acquire results.[supanova_question]
