PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Export; Oman

We will export vehicles from the United States to Oman. Importing cars from the United States makes sense for Oman because the cost of importation is lower than making vehicles since there are numerous foreign-based companies in the United States, which increases efficiency while reducing production costs. The vehicles are Tesla model X and Tesla model S which are highly valuable and sophisticated electrical cars which need sufficient care to evade any damage which could be costly to the buyer. We will then opt to transport the vehicles through shipping in a container shipping. Consolidated container shipping is more effective because it is more efficient and safe since vehicles can be very delicate (Anitha et al., 2020). Before importation to Oman, the vehicle has to be checked to ensure it complies with the policies established by Royal Oman Police. We will gather all the relevant transport documents such as Bill of Loading, after paying for the importation tariffs. During shipping, we will use Free on Board since the buyer will be responsible for any damages that might occur when the goods are on the shipper.
