Primary and secondary investors are common entities with companies. Primary stakeholders are the people or entities that participate in direct economic transactions or have a direct interest within a company, such as employees, customers, or suppliers. Secondary investors are people or entities with indirect association or benefits with a company, such as business partners, consumer groups, and trade unions. Saudi Aramco Company is an example of a company that has both primary and secondary investors. The primary stakeholders at the company include multiple employees. They work in various departments such as oil and natural gas exploration and production, logistics, power generation, supporting services such as marketing, information technology, and human resource (Schlossberg et al., n.d). Also, its customers across global boundaries such as Asia, the US, Europe, and the Mediterranean, the Saudi government since it is state-owned, the local communities, and suppliers. The student will create a market place exhibit of their business. The exhibit will represent a summative reflection of their term learning through the building of The BIG IDEA – USP (unique selling proposal), creating a social media profile, and developing a crowdfunding proposal for their food and beverage concept. The exhibit will serve as a visual representation and communication piece to provide scope and detail for their selected target clients and panel of evaluators. Complete Section 9 of the business plan and add it to your file.
The exhibit will be presented on the date as arranged by their instructor and/or in a provided public space as arranged by the instructor. Through independent study and research, students will gain the necessary critical thinking skills and self-reflective practice to deepen their learning and enrich their career opportunities and pathways. Also, the student will gain the necessary leadership and business entrepreneurship abilities to facilitate strategic investment and promotion skills required in funding a foodservice product/service.
Directions for Visual Exhibit of Pop-up Concept
The student will bring the presentation to the designated public space, arrange and present in an open market forum – simulating a trade show or convention trade exhibit. The student may dress their table with appropriate display items which are reflective of their brand and represent the target client’s values and beliefs. The students will be present to provide scope and detail of their project and answer any of the evaluator panel questions or inquiries.
The following exhibit items will be included in their presentation:
1. Laptop presentation slide share – photos, videos of your product/business
2. Poster-board style visual representation of their concept, product and or service
3. Actual products to be presented for evaluation by the panel and target client – no
tasting samples are required.
4. A mock sample of models/drawings of the product and or service.

Due Date of Assignment:
1. The student will present their exhibit on the schedule day and location following
the instructor. Live Presentation – ALL students will take notes for Peer to Peer evaluations.

4. The draft and final exhibit will be representative of the student’s USP (unique selling proposition) and honor the values and beliefs of the target clients.
5. The summary of the exhibit must have the printed full names (first and last) of the students and their student ID#. The names and student numbers must be on the assignment to receive a grade.
